Peach melba


Peach melba


Preparation: 10 mins

Ingredients

175g (6oz) of Rasberries
Icing sugar
4 scoops vanilla icecream
4 peach halves, fresh or canned

Method

1. Puree rasberries, then sieve to remove seeds.

2. Add sufficient sifted icing sugar to sweeten the taste

3.Place a scoop of icecream into 4 sundae glasses

4.Top with a peach half and rasberry sauce

5.Serve immediately
